	From Drowned Town Press: Birds of the Baltic — a full-color, full-sized, 24-page comic book. Started on 24-Hour Comic Book Day 2005 and fully painted in watercolor in July 2005. 	Blaster Al Ackerman's Tales of the Ling Master — a planned full-sized, humorous comic-book series, based on the short stories of "Blaster" Al Ackerman. Four stories have been printed as mini-comics.
	Arithmetic on the Frontier — an 8-page, digest-sized, black-and-white mini-comic. My adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's poem of the same name, about the ironies and economics of the British-Afghan wars of the 19th century. With notes.	8pp b&w. $1.00 postpaid

Please note: "Digest-sized" means 5 ½" x 8 ½". "Full-sized" means 6 5/8" x 10 ¼", the dimensions of a standard saddle-stitched (i.e. staple-bound) comic book.

Individual issues of comic books, regardless of frequency, are "periodicals" under Massachusetts law and are therefore sales-tax exempt, while graphic novels (squarebound or hardbound) are "books" and therefore taxable.
